GREEN ROOM
The Green Room is suitable for small meetings, accommodating up to 15 people around a table. The patio area may extend capacity for outdoor events, but a backup plan is essential for bad weather. Hirers must ensure access routes and fire exits remain clear.

Church Hall
The hall is a light modern space with a hardwood floor that can be hired for private functions when available.
It seats 80 in theatre fashion and 72 at tables. There is a fixed projector screen on one of the end walls, a PA system and a loop system.
Kitchen facilities, tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery are available and are included in the hire charge.
Hall dimensions are 12m x 7m
There are three toilets (1 disabled with baby change facilities) with separate cloakroom areas.
The hall adjoins a gently sloping field that can also be used for functions.
The buildings are not licensed for public entertainment or consumption of alcohol and smoking is not permitted within the hall buildings. We are required to close the building by 11pm.
The car park can take about 15 cars and further parking is available on Vicarage Gate, or in Curling Vale that is easily accessed by a footpath.

Reading Room
The Reading Room is available for hire and is ideal for small groups of up to 20 people.
There are two meeting tables and we can provide the right number of chairs for your need.
The room now benefits from a kitchenette with hot water, kettles and mugs for you to use for your refreshments.
The Reading is within the church building but is independently heated under your control. It can also be accessed from outside.
The room measures 7.1m x 4.7m.
A disabled toliet is available for use in the church foyer.
Large wall mounted monitor for presentations etc.

Church
The main church space is also available for hire by choirs or other suitable groups. A piano is available for accompanists. Wi-fi is also available.
The church has flexible seating.

There is a large hall area capable of seating up to 150 people.

The hall has a stage area which can be used in conjunction with any activity the hirer requires the hall for.

The hall has a full sound system and large projector screen.
There are a number of doors which lead to the recreation area outside making it the perfect venue for weddings and parties.

The hall has a large kitchen with first class facilities for cooking and preparing food. A large hatchway connects the kitchen to the hall for the serving of food and drink.

The main hall also has a badminton court marked out which can be booked by the hour.

Please Note: The preschool garden area is private for use of the preschool only, it is not available for use by other hall users/hirers.

The Vyne Community Centre has rooms to hire at weekends for parties, celebrations etc.

The Rose Room Holds up to 125 people theatre style. With its sprung wooden floor the Rose Room is ideal for all types of exercising and dancing (except tap dance).

The Orchard Room A carpeted lounge/dining room with appropriate furniture and suitable for a family party or christening with no dancing. It will comfortably seat up to 30 people.

The Well Being Room Suitable for use as a classroom or boardroom, the Wellbeing Centre can be hired on request. Built in equipment includes: ceiling projector, screen and audio induction loop.

The Vyne Cafe Area Can be hired on its own for gatherings of up to 50 people. The hire includes the use of the coffee bar and use of cups and saucers.

St Peter's Church Centre and St Mark's Church are available for regular and one-off bookings on weekdays during the day and evening and weekends.

St Peter's Church Centre - formerly a Victorian schoolroom, there are three rooms available to hire. Kitchen facilities, toilets, disabled toilet and parking.

St Mark's Church - large airy main hall available to hire or two smaller rooms also available. Kitchen facilities, toilets, disabled toilet and parking.

St Peter's Church is also available to host concerts and other events.

Behind the Church, there is a large hall which is sub-divided into 3 areas:

Maybury 1: 12.5 x 7m
Maybury 2: 12.5 x 6m
Noah: 12.5 x 5m
Maybury 1 & 2 has a dividing door that can be opened to create one large room that measures 12.5 x 13m
There is also a smaller room which has internet access and a well-equipped kitchen available. There is easy parking and good access to additional parking (please ask for details).

The areas are suitable for various functions including:

We have three spaces / facilities available for hire:

The church hall, The church hall kitchen and two meeting rooms.

The kitchen comprises of:
An electric oven, hob and extractor fan, ample preparation spaces, storage cupboards, a microwave oven, a hot water machine, a commercial dishwasher and commercial sinks.
Separate access can be gained via a rear pathway and door.

The hall comprises three light and spacious halls (a large central hall and 2 smaller halls) which can be joined into one large area, hired individually or in any combination to suit your event, hosting a maximum of 200 people. Excellent kitchen facilities are available if needed.

The halls have sprung wooden floors throughout making them ideal for dancing and fitness classes. There is also a meeting room available for hire. The Hall includes specifically designed disabled facilities and has level access throughout.
