The Oxshott Village Centre consists of a large and a small hall which can accommodate up to 150 and 50 people.
There is a large well-appointed kitchen with serving hatches to both halls.
There is an entrance foyer which provides access to the halls and to well-appointed male, female and accessible toilets.
The Centre is located on a spacious plot with ample parking facilities. There is a side extension that accommodates the Oxshott Medical Practice.
The Centre provides a venue for over twenty different clubs, societies and organisations and numerous other charitable and private functions.
Large Hall
The large hall is licensed to accommodate up to 150 people. For larger events there are folding doors that allow wide access to the adjoining small hall.
There is direct access to a well-appointed kitchen with a serving hatch opening into the hall for the provision of refreshments.
A stage at one end of the hall is ideal for addressing larger audiences and a hearing loop system is available to use for compatible hearing aids. Ample chairs and tables are available in a storage cupboard.
A PA system, an electric piano and large projector screen are available subject to the permission of the Bookings Secretary.
Small Hall
The small hall is licensed to accommodate up to 50 people. There are folding doors that allow wide access to the adjoining large hall.
There is direct access to a well-appointed kitchen with a serving hatch opening into the hall for the provision of refreshments.
Ample chairs and tables are available in a storage cupboard. A large projector screen is available subject to the permission of the Bookings Secretary.
Kitchen
The large kitchen is bright, modern and well equipped. It is NOT licensed for the cooking of food but warming and reheating is permitted.
There are extensive worktops and two serving hatches which provide access to both the large and the small halls. There are two main sinks with a third smaller sink for the preparation of food.
The extensive equipment includes two ceramic hobs, two electric ovens, a warming oven, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, water heaters, kettles, tea pots, crockery, cutlery and trays.
Other Facilities
There are a maximum of 96 car parking spaces available although at certain times of the day these spaces have to be shared with the Oxshott Medical Practice and teachers from the adjacent school.
There is a large grassed area to the rear of the Centre which is available for hire subject to agreement with the booking secretary.

The Centre and the spacious grounds are well maintained with all the facilities being checked and cleaned on a daily basis.
