Dittons and Weston Green Neighbourcare

NeighbourCare is a local, long-established registered charity run entirely by volunteer drivers and telephone operators and endorsed by Elmbridge Borough Council.

We provide help for the less mobile in the communities of Thames Ditton, Long Ditton, Weston Green and Hinchley Wood.
