Ockley Volunteer Drivers Scheme is for use by any person in the villages of Ockley, Okewood Hill, Forest Green and Walliswood, without access to a car, who require transport to attend appointments at hospital or Leith Hill Practice (GP Surgery).
When requesting transport, please provide your name, telephone number, destination, and date and time of appointment. Please give a minimum of 3 days’ notice for surgery appointments, and a minimum of 5 days for hospital appointments (not including weekends).
