St. Johns Care

A volunteer-run, community transport scheme for residents of the St. Johns, Hermitage, Hook Heath and Brookwood areas of Woking, who would otherwise have difficulty attending medical appointments and accessing local services.

Volunteers can help elderly or infirm residents with transport to attend medical appointments and other trips and other support to help people to live in their homes independently.

We help with things like:

• Transport to doctors, dentist, hospitals etc. and to hairdressers or the shops

• Shopping

• Visits to see friends

• Small odd jobs at home

Our scheme covers:

• St. Johns

• Hermitage

• Hook Heath

• Brookwood.
